Plot Summary Cruella has been in prison after her last caper, but Dr. Pavlov has reformed her into a dog lover. She is allowed out of prison a changed woman ("Call me Ella. Cruella is so . . . cruel.") Unfortunately, Dr. Pavlov's conditioning is undone by the striking of Big Ben which frees the true Cruella -- even her own hair stands on end in a clever Jeckyll and Hyde transformation scene. The reborn Cruella is determined to get that Dalmatian puppy coat she always wanted. She hooks up with M. Le Pelt, an ex weasel-poacher-turned-fur-meistro. Le Pelt is to make her grand coat and he helps her steal the "poo-pies". A sub-plot involves a sunny romance between Cruella's parole officer, who owns a Dalmatian family, and the owner of a dog shelter who naively trusts Cruella and is set-up as a fall guy for her dog-napping.
